We got this quilt for our wedding. I love the pattern and spend hours staring at it hanging on our wall. I thought it would be perfect for shapes week.

It is a special day for 365, I have been doing this 100 days now! WoW! I chose to take a picture of my home today. It consists of many squares and rectangles. The roofline makes a Triangle. This is where my heart is and a welcome sight every day.
Found out today that the Robins who live in our yard laid two eggs. These eggs are naturally blue, no dye included. What a great way to celebrate new life on Easter! Since this week my group is doing shapes, this also shows a sphere shape.
Today my photo for the day is some Easter eggs beautifully decorated by my niece. I think she did a fantastic job. My kids think they are too old to dye Easter eggs.... so I really enjoy seeing others!
Today I remember the One who died in my place. The One who experienced my death so I might have life eternally. I think of the price He paid for me. I believe He said my name as He suffered for me. Thank you for Your gift.
Tonight the family went to church to watch the living last supper. I have been sick most of the day but started feeling a little better this evening. I am glad that I went and the kids really learned a lot about the disciples and the last supper. I hope our church makes it a tradition to show this play every year.
Ambriel painted her nails a pretty pastel green. Then she put on her flip flops to show them off.
My middle daughter collects these cheap beads. Most of them come from parades as they throw them out to the crowd, some came from her grandmother who earned them in New Orleans, and others came from various birthday parties she has attended over the years. She has them all hanging from her curtain rod in her room. I wanted to find something pastel and I just love the pastel bokeh in the background.
It's April and that means that these freaky little bugs have come out in full force. They look like giant mosquitos. They are about the size of a giant half dollar with their wings. They think it is okay to live in my house and bathtub.I have heard them called Mosquito eaters... Does anyone have any clue what bug this is?
Today I am feeling a bit Sluggish. Everyone in the house seems to be in relaxation mode. Guess we all need lazy Sundays.
